职位描述
Responsibilities:
?Reports functionally to CSM Commercial Director and operatively to the Corporate Regional Manager
?Works closely with the Business Development Managers, Business area managers, resident colleagues to discover, qualify and close new business opportunities
?Maximize sales opportunities with target Customers and identify new customer
?Develops existing CSM relation network.
?Support the communication and relation with CSM existing customers.
?Supports to find the right contact in the customer organization to promote the business in the most effective communication channels
?Negotiate and finalise deals with the Customers supported by the Commercial Direction.
Requirements:
?Proven ability to capture new customers throughout China
?Ability to analyse market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
?Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise.
?Experience negotiating and closing at high level.
?Ability to travel and work non-standard hours.
Qualifications:
?25 years of experience in the steel market, the steel producers or steel product producers
?Must possess an experience in marketing and sales senior position
?Must possess an important relation network able to provide opportunities to CSM
?Must be able to speak, read, and write a good level in English.
