Major responsibilities主要职责:
1. Implement and supervise information system policy and ccompline internal audit. In line with business development, effectively suggest current process.
执行和遵守管理信息系统的政策、程序和内部管理规范。
2. Follow service procedure, process and regulations, improve application service process and document related with system and application including development, implementat, change and operation training, etc. Effecitvely communicate with end-user to understand and follow up compliance, continouse improving end-user satifaction.Documentation knowleadge base and operation manual. Assist with end-user questions, problems, and training.
遵守服务程序、流程和规章制度，并不断优化应用服务程序和系统相关文档包括开发、实施、变更和操作培训等等。和最终用户有效沟通，确保理解并服从安规，并不断提高客户满意度。制作各类知识文档和使用文档。协助最终用户的疑问、问题和培训。
3. IT application service support in line with business strategy
执行符合业务需求的IT应用服务。
4. Follow ITIL and project requirements, local IT support and positively feedback or suggest according to local best practice
遵守ITIL流程和项目要求，执行和主动反馈优化本地最佳实践服务。
5. As local APP team member, support local Application and SQL databse as level 2 incident support and level 3 problem support. Documentary, Knowledge base and training for local helpdesk team and local users.
作为本地服务团队提供负责应用程序和SQL数据库的二级技术和三级问题支持，并制作文档、知识库和培训给桌面服务团队成员和本地用户。
6. Effectively delivery and support IT application service solution and support. Generate innovative recommendations and initiate technology change requests.
有效交付和支持IT应用服务解决方案和支持。发动创新建议和技术变更请求。
7. Development on Microsoft Sharepoint platform, webpart, workflow, list, document libarry,etc.Initial project development, accroding business requirement, have further development on Sharepoint platform. Office callabration, enterprise portal customized prpject on Sharepoint.
基于微软SharePoint进行开发，webpart、工作流、列表、文档库； 主导项目开发，根据客户需求，基于sharepoint产品进行二次开发； 基于SharePoint围绕协同办公、企业门户等项目进行定制开发
8. Maintain daily application vendor information and performance data, be responsible for application vendor service report . Support team leader to develop and support vendor sourcing including service report, service agreement proposal and first level review, regualar contract documentary and procurement process compliance.
维护日常应用供应商信息和性能绩效数据，负责应用供应商的服务质量报告；协助部门主管服务供应商开发和支持包括维护服务报告，服务协议的建议和一级审核，及时归档合同，采购流程的执行。
9. Support IT application service budget master data including Sharepoint, TrustHX, Concur, SAP CRM, Easyselect, Offert, Local IT portal and SQL Database etc development, maintenance, change and upgrade, etc.
支持IT应用服务预算的基础数据包括Sharepoint, TrustHX, Concur, SAP CRM, Easyselect, Offert,Local IT Portal,SQL Database等等应用和数据开发、维护、变更、升级等等。
10. Interface with internal customers to define requirements, design, develop, and implement solutions to satisfy business needs. Provide advance application support and training.
作为内部用户的接口，定义需求，设计，开发和实施解决方案使业务满意。提供高质量的应用支持和培训。
11. Work with leader or coroprate IT for variance of local vs global on IT solution and service,to support harmonizing KSB IT solution/service processes globally
和主管或者总部IT一起工作支持各种本地或者全球IT解决方案和服务，并支持凯士比IT解决方案或者服务全球服务流程。

Professional experience 职业经验
1. 1+ Years of worke experience in MNC or JV
1年以上跨国或合资公司工作经验
2. 1+ Years of Service Support in ITIL environment
1年以上ITIL环境下服务支持的经验
3. 1+ Years of experience in Project each infrastructure, service and application
1年以上服务和应用项目经验
4. 1+ Years of experience of Sharepoint 2007 or above development or 2nd level support experience
1年以上Sharepoing2007或者以上开发或者二级支持经验
5. Be familiar with jQuery,easyui, Ajax, HTML and so on Web development technology, be familiar with ASP.Net development platform
熟悉jQuery、easyui、Ajax、HTML等WEB开发技术，熟悉ASP.Net开发平台
6. Be familiar with SQL Server Dadabase
熟悉SQL Server数据库
7. 1+ Years of experience Clouding Computing products application experience like Office 365, Concur, ServiceNow,Salesforce,AWS,AliYun,Google Apps etc(Prefer)
一年以上云产品使用经验如Office 365，Concur，ServiceNow，Salesforce，亚马逊云，阿里云等等（更佳）
