Primary Responsibilities

Prepares film and digital data for analysis

Provides technical support to Imaging Technologists

Prepares incoming data (packages/mail) for processing

Performs data login and ensures quality of login processes Researches and resolves any data discrepancies identified

Assists with reads

Maintains client (internal and external) satisfaction

Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards

Secondary Responsibilities

Contributes to team effort

Assists team members

Maintains Technical and Industry Knowledge

Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in relavent

Experience:

• Minimum one year experience with computer hardware and software applications required, proficiency in Word, Excel and Access preferred
• Familiarity with network navigation and file saving conventions
• Experience in moving/copying files and folders

• Knowledge of the drug development/clinical trials process and/or experience working in a pharmaceutical environment preferred

Additional skill set:

• Ability to work in group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and orientation toward meticulous work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude
