工程项目经理
岗位职责：
1、 负责组织项目的施工分包、现场管理、工程质量进度安全、监理资料报验、工程变更、应收款应付款管理。严格控制项目施工成本及出差成本、招待费成本、维修费成本、工程款回收等，以保证公司整体效益目标的实现；
2、 按照公司工程部的要求，并根据实际情况不断优化调整，组织制订和实施项目的施工，及时向公司反馈建议等；
3、 对工程项目质量进度安全负责任，严格执行质量安全标准，制定和采取有效措施，实现安全文明施工。尤其是施工质量方面，要严格按照施工工艺步骤进行全面地过程监控，隐蔽工程验收前均必须到场严查，以确保后期调试验收顺利；
4、 加强对施工队伍的管理及培训、项目技术交底等工作，处理与施工队伍的合作纠纷。协调好各方面关系（包括项目甲方、监理、总包、及其他现场施工分包单位等），确保工程施工进展顺利。负责对本项目作业人员的管理、教育、培训，不断提高施工队伍人员综合素质和塑造良好的团队精神；

任职资格：
1、机电安装、电气或建筑工程专业中专以上学历；
2、五年或以上机电施工与管理经验（熟悉电气照明系统的优先）；
3、具备大项目全程管理及工程全套资料制作水平；
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD 及Office 软件；
5、较强的沟通协调能力及独立处理事务能力，能够出差（江苏区域）；
6、持有二级建造师以上工程证书优先；
7、家住苏州可优先考虑。
