1. 无论什么时间都要保证酒吧的经营能够处于良好的状态。
No matter what time to ensure that the bar business is in good condition.
2. 认真的协助本酒吧的经理吧每一天或每一阶段的销售计划制定好。
Down to assist the bar manager every day or every stage of the sales plan.
3. 准时参加每天召开的例会,认真听取经理的指示和工作安排.
Attend daily meeting on time, listen to the manager's instructions and work arrangement.
4. 认真清洁整理工作区域,不得拖延.
Carefully clean the work area and may not be delayed.
5. 不得随意串岗,离岗.聚众聊天,大声喧哗.
Shall not be arbitrarily string hillock, absences, group chat, talk loudly.
6. 上班时间不得吃东西,听音乐,依靠墙面.斜站.
Not allow to eat, listen to music, and rely on metope in the working time.
7. 快速正确的为客人点单并重复
Take down order quickly and correctly , and remember to repeat for the guest.
8. 及时有效得准备服务时需用的杯子,纸巾,烟缸等物品.
Timely and effective to prepare service need cups, paper towels, ashtrays and so on.
9. 工作期间随时给客人提供优质高效率的服务.( 例如随时清理客人桌面,更换烟缸等).
During the work, do remember to provide high-quality efficient service to guests. (such as desktop clean for the guest at any time, change the ashtray, etc.).
10. 工作时间需要离岗时请得到领导批示后,再与当区服务员交接.及时回岗.
If you need to leave at the working hours, please get the leader’s instructions, and hand over the work to another staff. Back in time.
11. 上班时间不得随意接待无关工作人员,除有急事外需得到领导批准.
Do not receive any one who is unrelated to your work, unless you get the approval from your leader.
12. 上班时间不得携带手机等与工作无关的东西,不得打私人电话,除急事须得到领导批准外.
Do not carry mobile phones. Do not make personal phone calls, in addition to the urgent matter , ang it must be approved by the leader.
13. 酒廊开始对外营业后不得私自返回员工更衣室.
Once the lounge has opened , staffs are not allowed to return back to the locker room.
