职位描述

Overall Purpose:
? Account Manager shall be a motivated individual with experience/knowledge of integrated marketing communications in Loyalty marketing, CRM, direct marketing and partnership marketing, coupled with demonstrable experience and understanding of marketing communications strategy, data analytic, Creative and operations.
? Ability to proactively manage and coordinate related client accounts and deliver continued development of a strong client relationship, as well as maximise account development and revenue growth opportunities.
? Working directly with the Client Service Director (CSD)/the designated Account Director (AD), the Senior Account Manager will determine areas of potential growth and opportunity with allocated clients, and define the methodology to present and sell in solutions to clients.
? Gain a clear understanding of the client's commercial priorities and the wider market in which they operate so as to advise proficiently and authoritatively on loyalty and CRM focused initiatives and solutions.

Key Deliverables:
? Understand clients business and help to set strategy initiates and come on with solution and action plan
? Need have very closely day to day work with internal and external team and follow up issues with prompt response
? Support system implementation and document study and issue solutions
? Need work with efficiency and qualified delivery

Principle Responsibilities (Indicative % only)
? Fully understand client’s business and deliver outstanding service with account(s) assigned
? Develop, maintain and manage a strong relationship with account(s) assigned
? Maintain the membership program operation and system related issues of the account(s) assigned
? Support AD to develop marketing / program strategy and proposal to the account(s) assigned, including program development, benefit platform development, online and offline communication dialogue.
? Develop and implement the approved strategies into a series of marketing activities / campaigns; monitor operation and quality control, track and report performance. Also have good management for budget control and finance report.
? Co-ordinate with other internal departments (such as IT, Operation department, Creative department and Global team), account(s) and suppliers (such as call centre and other agencies) during the daily program operation, marketing activities or events.
? Support to conduct market research, program review, performance reporting and partnership solicitation.
? Train, develop and manage the supporting staff.
? Support AD to develop new business and implement PR / marketing activities for Beijing office if necessary.
? And be assigned with any Ad hoc tasks as deem necessary to response to latest business needs

? Ensure that relevant key client relationships are strong being built on value, trust and quality / on-time delivery


Personal Profile:
? A self-starter able to take initiative and direct/manage key accounts
? Always work with a sense of accuracy and urgency
? Proven account team management skills, self-motivated, team orientated, enthusiastic and sociable
? Extremely conscientious and quality orientated and an ability to take on challenges and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in taking ownership of accounts and account team deliverables
? Demonstrable ability to direct, coordinate and manage a number of clients and client accounts simultaneously
? Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (both written and verbal) to ensure comprehension by colleagues and clients
? Good interpersonal skill, presentation skill and articulation skill to client of all levels.
? Good sense in layout, creativity and well knowledge in CRM, internet, mobile, SNS or wireless activities
? Have high patience and may work under pressure, with stable personality
? With energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a desire to progress


Notes (if any):
? Minimum 3 year experience within the marketing industry (marketing degree / qualifications) or CRM related background
? It’s better to have sense in digital marketing
? Open-minded and easy going
? Good at Word, Excel and PPT skill
