Educational Background and/or Previous Work Experience
Master/BS in Thermal Engineering/Electrical Engineer;
Above 3 to 5 years experience in thermal/mechanical test or Lab management.
Thermal background master degree graduate also could consider.
A solid knowledge of thermal/ mechanical design and manufacturing operations will be priority;
Familiar with ISO9001-14000 or TS 16949 system;
English read & write (Good English oral will be priority);
Soft Skills
Good Team player, good Manipulative ability and theoretical analysis ability;
Keep well organized skill;
Excellent communicator;
Good analytical decision making and independent problem solving skills
Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
Results oriented and self driven
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ready for short term travel
