We are looking for Front-end Wed developers to join an exciting Austin founded, Shanghai based start-up with major property developer and retail clients to develop cloud based web applications for O2O retail suites for multiple platforms for desktop computers, mobile phones and tablet computers。

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. You will work closely with our Experience Designer, helping iteratively build hi-fi prototypes with HTML/CSS plus JQuery (or any other framework you are good at) based on sketches or wireframes created by Experience Designer (you may be also involved into this innovative process);
2. You will be expected to use your HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills to create a nice and clean UI pattern framework that Application Developers can re-use in the future;
3. You will be a quality assurance of elegant front-end code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and also to ensure consistency of the user interface across multiple platforms;
4. You are expected to be able to develop front-end web applications using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript for desktop computers, mobile phones and tablet computers;
5. You will work along with back-end programmers to optimise and debug.
岗位职责：
1. 你将会和我们的体验设计师一起工作，使用HTML/CSS以及JQuery（或者其他一些你所熟悉的框架）帮助体验设计师将手绘图或者线框图转化成高保真的原型，当然你也会参与到我们最具创造力的设计过程当中；
2. 我们希望你能够建立起一套完整的UI框架（包括HTML标准DOM结构，CSS库策略，JavaScript框架选择），建立规则，让后端开发人员在很大程度上在框架之下重用这些模式；
3. 你将会成为项目里前端代码的质量控制者，保证这些代码清晰优雅并能够跨浏览器和平台保持一致性；
4. 根据产品设计，利用HTML5相关技术开发PC网站、手机、平板电脑等多平台上的前端应用；
5. 协助后台程序员完成功能调试。

Candidate Specification：
1. University degree in graphic design, Webpage design, advertising design, computer science and related, at least 2 years working experience.
2. Proficient HTMIL5 / CSS3, jQuery JavaScript framework; and is compatible with all major browsers;
3. In-depth understanding of semantic HTML/CSS writing, progressive enhancement, and also CSS box model;
4. Understand IOS, Android mobile platform Web development technology standards;
5. More than two years of experience developing mobile web products;
任职要求：
1. 平面设计、网页设计、广告设计、计算机等相关本科专业，至少两年以上工作经验。
2. 精通HTMIL5/CSS3，jQuery及主流的JavaScript框架；
3. 高效编写html，div，css，js文件；并对各种主流浏览器做兼容调试与修改；
4. 了解IOS, Android移动平台Web开发技术标准，有一年以上移动端网站开发的经验；
5. 解决跨浏览器兼容性问题的痛苦经验；
