For our Flight Plan Manager - one of the key SW systems used at Airlines - we are looking for members in our Vienna based advanced product support team working 24/7.

Qualifications

ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:

· Technical IT support (front and backend)

· Escalation of problems to shift supervisors

· Implementation of new customers

· Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts

SKILLS:

· MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Clustering

· SQL

· Networking (IP subnetting, IPsec, NAT, Firewall)

· Ideal but not a must is: programming experience in any OOP language and software testing experience

· Good team player

· Fluent English
