Job Description
Experience (Essential)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a Microsoft based environment
- Minimum 5 years infrastructure management experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant systems support experience in large global organization
- Experience in setting up new offices in multiple locations
- Experience in IT service delivery and hardware/software provision
- Experience in working with 3rd party service provider
- Experience in infrastructure project and program management
- Experience with AD/Exchange/Citrix/LAN/WAN
- Experience with Windows OS / Messaging / Storage
- Sound knowledge of IT industry, key suppliers and equipment
- Knowledgeable in business continuity/disaster recovery techniques
- Knowledgeable in key strategic platforms and their operating systems
- Knowledgeable in network technology, cabling, switches, routers and hubs
- Knowledgeable in technology optimization tools for both platforms and networks
- Desired Skills & Experience
Language Skill (essential)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Altiris Certified Professional (ACP)
