Job Requirements:
University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering disciplines (Bachelor or Master)
More than 3 years experience in a selling and marketing position
Skilful for account management and daily maintenance
Be a strategic thinker and possess the ability to canvas new customers working at all levels within an organization including Management Engineering, procurement and production.
Good knowledge of electrical wire and cable
Understanding of electrical design and / or cable harnessing
Good communication & networking skills
Fluency in English (Written and oral)
Main Duties:
Constantly organize product push initiatives to be conducted at the customer level with our sales teams
Position H+S in the mind of the customer at the appropriate level-Excellence in Connectivity Solutions
Provide internal & external technical support & expertise (product, application. technology…)
Constantly provide expertise & defendable solutions to customer’s connectivity applications
Manage customer projects at a technical level within H+S to meet customer requirements
Liaise & frequently interact with technical influencers & decision makers
Help account teams to provide perfect services to appointed customers
Constantly highlight product benefits against competition when defining customer applications
Share proactive project documentation with the related sales teams
Provide technical solution and cost information on new products/ projects
Visit customers with sales people to establish relationships at appropriate levels
Provide a written monthly report
Follow corporate policies and Global Management System (GMS)
Align with requirements of IRIS in your area of responsibility and contribute to continual improvement.
Provide other services and duties as directed by management discretion
