Marketing Specialist of Nutritional Lipids, (China)

The Marketing Specialist (China) is the primary marketing contact for regional sales, technical, commercial and other field supports. The Marketing Specialist works closely with sales and commercial team to deliver market share gain within key customers / segments. In addition, the Marketing Specialist role owns the content for sales tools and presentations, sales training, collateral selling corporate presentations. Finally, this role is also responsible for leading new projects on new application, forward integration solution of Nutritional Lipids. The Marketing Specialist is also a key and enthusiastic contributor to the Nutritional Lipids Team and China Market Team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
? Cooperate with Marketing Development Specialist of Nutritional Lipids to develop market plans, provide guidance and track implementation with sales and commercial teams.
? Develop in depth understanding and knowledge of the market, industry dynamics and competitive positioning to effectively manage the customer base.
? Develop content for sales tools and presentation that effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
? Proactively identify and support new market/customer opportunities.
? Highlight innovation/development opportunities to meet anticipated market needs, scope projects with close cooperation during development phase.
? Identify and manage the trade shows, events, seminars and speaking opportunities in the region.

Qualifications
? BS in Food technology, Chemistry and/or Marketing
? Minimum of 3 year experience, with previous experience in either marketing or sales in BtoB food ingredient or additive companies, or the marketing role in BtoC food companies.
? Strong capacity to process a broad range of external / internal sources of information and to convert into a concise direction for the organization.
? Strong written & verbal communication skills.
? Strong presentation skill including preparation and delivery.
? Tactically oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities, strong project leading skill.
? Customer Driven.
? Open mind and proactive working spirits.
