Job Summary

In general, this VoLTE delivery SA role is working as SA lead, and drive SA members to fulfill bellowing responsibilities during whole solution life cycle, includes Design, Verification and Deployment phases.

Strong VoLTE technical competence and leadership would be required.

Responsibilities:

· Solution Design Phase : Identify the requirements and inputs;

· Solution Design Phase : Drive the Solution Design Team to deliver the High Level Design (HLD) , Low Level Design (LLD) and Control the HLD/HLD quality.

· Solution Design Phase : Identify the impacts of surrounding network/projects; (In case IMS is newly buildup, while others like EPC, UDM and CS network are existing network or standalone projects)

· Solution Design Phase : Change Request Control from solution perspective; (CR technical support, impact analysis, effort estimation, driving design team for solution change/update, quality control, etc)

· Solution Design Phase : Track and maintain Network Design documentation;

· Solution Verification Phase: Understand project and customer’s requirements, and to define clear and feasible test scope.

· Solution Verification Phase: To understand clearly about product solution & time plan and site environment, and propose a test strategy proposal,

· Solution Verification Phase: Understand well about the site environment and product delivery plan, to be able to manage and control the verification risks.

· Solution Verification Phase: Take lead and drive team to draft , propose and finalize the test TOL (test object list) and TS (Test Spec).

· Solution Verification Phase: To manage and control the product defects by in terms of TTX and TR, and can take lead to discuss with PIDS/PDU and 3rd party vendor to plan a fix delivery solution and time plan.

· Solution Verification Phase: To support on site test engineer regarding technical issues or questions happened during testing.

· Solution Deployment Phase: Be responsible for deployment solution proposal and communication with customer regarding to cooperation requirements.

· Solution Deployment Phase: Support site engineer to complete site activities in terms of solution clarification, troubleshooting support.

Qualification:

· Rich experience of VoLTE project delivery and well know about VoLTE related Standard, including IETF RFC, 3GPP, GSMA.

· Rich experience on VoLTE E2E Solution , includes IMS Core/Application, EPC, OSS/BSS. (Cross-domain technical understanding is preferred)

· Familiar with VoLTE call flow and related technical details. ( LTE-2G/3G/PSTN/IN..)

· Experience with Solution Design-Verification-Deployment life cycle related process and tools

· Openness and strong leadership.

· Strong capability of coordination, management, and communication.

· Fluent English speaking and writing

· Bachelor degree or above
