岗位职责：
1、严格按照服务核心流程的要求开展工作；
2、接待客户，与客户共同进行维修项目的确认，通过仔细的诊断确定工作范围并制订委托书；
3、向客户解释委托书中维修内容，费用和 交车时间；
4、跟踪车辆维修进度，协调修理项目变更；
5、进行交付前质量检查，对客户的满意度和一次维修合格率负责；
6、检查结算单的正确性，并在交付车辆时向客户逐个解释修理项目和费用；
7、跟踪客户的满意度，处理客户抱怨；
8、利用与客户接触的机会进行汽车、配件、附件和服务的营销；
9、与客户建立良好关系，积极开拓市场。

任职要求：
1、 具有高中以上学历；
2、 对4S店汽车维修模式有一定了解的优先；
3、 具有良好的人际交往和沟通能力；
4、 拥有车辆驾驶执照和驾驶能力；
5、 能熟练操作计算机系统.
