Responsibilities: 职责
Manage all portions of the packaging development process in cooperation with our client’s process leader to meet the projects timelines in an effective way 与客户合作，管理包装开发时间进程。
Provide technical leadership and input during the design and production phases, and avoid any potential issues in developing final art and prepress works. 主导设计完稿流程，提供技术支持，避免在完稿印前制作过程可能产生的问题。
Identify issues to the process leader or related personnel and suggest options to avoid production delay. 发现完稿制作过程中的问题，并提出与相关人员及客户讨论并提供建议。
Aggressively resolve issues and identify root causes to avoid recurrence 积极解决完稿印前生产过程中可能产生问题，并提出预防方案。
Help our client to discipline supply chain such as printer, design / art studio, and their internal departments to apply correct artwork process
Maintain prompt and detail communication with CSRs in the studio. 与公司内部客户服务，生产，及质检部门建立良好沟通，确保客户服务。
Provide detail briefs to colleagues in order for colour development and graphic adaptation files to be right first time 提供详尽任务
Suggest improvements to the workflow and implement when appropriate. 提出流程改善建议。
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant experiences in printing, packaging. 5年以上印刷包装相关经验？ Strong project management skills are a must 有较佳的专案管理能力
Expertise in print and colour management 精通印刷及颜色管理，有亚太经验更佳
Strong overview of the pre-press process including colour separation (with some knowledge of continuous toning (CT) development), digital imaging, film output and plate making 对完稿工作流程有透彻了解，包括分色，制版等。
Strong knowledge of standard design packaging parameters and different printing technology and processes to gain awareness of print requirements and specifications 对于印刷包装标准有深厚知识，了解不同印刷及流程。
Understand the relevant procedures and process throughout the internal production workflow 对内部工作流程有清楚认知
Understand and able to compile with relevant Brand Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Standards 对客户品牌标准&品质要求有全面了解
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with people at all levels 主动积极能与不同岗位人员沟通，并达到目的
Good time management and problem solving skills 较佳的时间管理及问题解决能力
Proficiency in MS Office applications 擅于使用 Mac, Microsoft 等软件。
