Responsibilities:
Understand client’s corporate guidelines and requirements, provide clear and detail information to internal parties for necessary action
Build and maintain strategic relationship and proactively seek new business opportunities with clients
Ensure client’s expectations are effectively managed so that they are achievable
Organize and attend meeting with clients to report progress and resolve any project related issues
Co-ordinate and liaise closely with different parties (both internal and external), ensure projects are delivered on time and with the expected level of quality
Provide timely project progress reporting to clients and management
Identify areas for improvement within the workflow to bring about maximum efficiency
Prepare monthly overview report of responsible accounts
Achieve projected sales for the year, together with quarterly forecasts to facilitate business planning
Understand the client’s business cycle to facilitate accurate sales and production forecasting
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ experience in retail packaging design or artwork management
Good understanding in Print Production and Packaging
Proven track record of maintaining and growing strong client relationships, with good presentation and negotiation skills
Quick response, excellent time management and strong problem solving skills, able to manage tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to people at all levels efficiently
Good interpersonal skills, able to work well as a team or as an individual contributor
Detailed minded, well organized and good at reporting
Can-do attitude, proactive, self-motivated and adaptable to fast paced environment
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat – pdf annotating, comment and review
High degree of fluency in both spoken and written English
