Job Responsibilities 职位描述：

1. By supporting the implementation of company standards for front of house team
为餐厅前厅团队服务标准的执行提供支持；
2. By reporting to the manager any front of house standards, in particular food safety and quality standards, that aren’t being met having completed the necessary training
向餐厅经理汇报所有培训完成后尚未达标的餐厅前厅规范,特别是食品安全和质量规范；
3. By using the appropriate tools and equipment to support training for front of house team
使用适当的工具和设备,为餐厅前厅团队的培训提供支持；
4. By making sure all restaurant systems and processes are implemented, updated and followed by all team members to meet our standards
确保所有餐厅运营系统和流程的有效执行和及时更新,并且所有员工循规操作,以达到马上诺要求；
5. By taking part in the weekly management meeting to understand the restaurant priorities and communicate to the front of house team as necessary
参与每周的管理层会议,试图理解餐厅发展优先计划,并在需要时向前厅团队传达和沟通
6. By preparing front of house team rotas if requested by your manager
在经理需要时为其准备餐厅前厅团队勤务轮值表；
7. To be able to appropriately solve guests’ special requests and to appropriately solve complaints and ensure the guests leaves the restaurant satisfied and looking forward to returning
正确处理客户的特殊要求和客户投诉,并确保客户满意离开并愿意下次继续光顾；
8. By undertaking all accountabilities as detailed below for Captain
承担各项领班的相关职责。


Required Requirements 任职要求：

1. At least 2yrs hospitality experience in a Western restaurant
有至少2年在西餐厅从事服务的经验；
2. Good Mandarin
熟练掌握普通话；
3. Exceptional personal hygiene and self-presentation
出色的个人卫生和自我呈现能力；
4. Fun, honest and hard-working attitude
具有风趣、诚实和勤奋的工作态度。
