Job Responsibilities 职位描述：

1. By acknowledging every guest on arrival ensuring orders are taken promptly and queries dealt with 知晓每一位客人的到来,确保及时记录和处理所有顾客点单；
2. By regularly checking with the kitchen team to ensure the order is prepared to standard 定期检查厨师团队,保证客人所点菜肴已经准备,并符合要求；
3. By maintaining excellent service standards, throughout the meal, by checking back with guests, clearing tables, offering and recommending menu items （displaying good menu knowledge to advise on allergies） and dealing with other guest requirements 核对客户需求,清洁餐桌,提供并合理推荐菜单中食物（熟悉菜单来做出食物过敏建议）,在整个用餐过程中保持优质的服务规范,并处理客人的其他相关要求；
4. By actively selling and recommending menu items, where appropriate, to increase sales and drive average spend per head （ASPH）积极销售并推荐菜单中食物,在合适情况下增加销售收入,提高每个客人人均消费额；
5. By taking payment from guests promptly, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and the correct money is exchanged 及时向客人收款,确保所有营业额准确记录并与所收钱款一致；
6. By ensuring all monies are securely handled and accurately balanced at end of shift 确保所有钱款安全保管,并在轮班结束后准确清帐；
7. By ensuring your section and working areas are kept clean, tidy, set and stocked up at all times 确保负责区域与工作区域时刻保持干净、整洁、物品摆放整齐；
8. By undertaking all accountabilities as detailed below for Host/Take Away/Drinks/Desserts/Coffee as required 根据需要,承担下方相关招待、外卖、饮料、甜点、咖啡服务的职责；
9. To be able to hold a conversation with a variety of guests from different nationalitie 能够与来自不同国家的客人进行交谈；
10. By undertaking all accountabilities as detailed for Waiter 承担服务员的各项相关职责。


Job Requirements 任职要求：

1. Has more than 3years work experiences in the western style restaurant 有3年以上的西餐工作经验；
2. Hard working, outgoing, friendly and honest 勤勉，外向，友好和正直；
3. Strong team play spiritual 有强烈的团队合作意识；
4. Good English speaking and nice appearance 英语口语良好，形象佳；
5. Good to learn and teach 善于学习并传授；
6. Highly responsible and desire to improve 较高的责任心，强烈的上进心；
7. Passionate on restaurant business and service oriented 对餐饮业有激情，有较强的服务意识。
