工作内容描述：
1.Have the necessary basic knowledge/skills of white metal remetalling (Poured Babbitt Alloy)
具备巴氏合金浇铸所需的基本知识和技能
2.Grasp the principle of common equipment and maintenance，special to centrifuge and high-heating devices
掌握常见设备的原理及维护保养,特别是离心机和高温加热设备
3.Assist to perform equipment trouble shooting
可协助执行相关的设备维修工作
4.Analysis the defect's root cause
能够分析设备故障发生的原因
5.Skilled technical working procedure re-metalzing different bearings
6.Provide the effective PM proposal and technical requirement
能够对于保养计划和技术要求提出有效改进意见

Qualifications:
职位要求:
1.Technical school or above with major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
技校及以上学校机械类或相关专业毕业
2.Min 2 years experience in machining or mechanical maintaining.
2年以上机械加工或机械维修工作经验
3.Understanding of technical drawings and engineering designs/Sketches
懂技术图纸和工程/草图
4.Good willing and active to face difficulties.
积极面对各种困难
5.Good coordination, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
良好协调能力，解决问题的能力，人际沟通能力
6.Skill of listening and speaking English is preferential.
具备英语听说能力者优先
