Ingenious Automotive Design, the specialist in vehicle tailor making, is located in Lujiazui business centre and funded by Ingenious Investment Holdings Co., Ltd (SZ000511).

From ideation to production, we have a complete set of product developing process and an experienced international team. We offer the following products and services:

CREATIVE DESIGNER (EXTERIOR / INTERIOR)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Concept and design development through all phases of the design process for a broad bandwidth of industries and clients - both automotive design as well as consumer product
• Responsible for generating creative design ideas for both exterior and interior as necessary. This will be in the form of 2D Concept Sketches, Renderings (both manually and on Photoshop) to a given design brief for management review and Theme Selection.
• To work with Alias Modellers, Engineering Departments and Suppliers to create feasible ‘A’ Class Surface to Surface Sign-Off.
• Ensuring all 3D model generation is performed in relation to package and feasibility data.
• Use your unique point of view and visual and verbal skills to present design concepts.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum 3 years of work experience at a design department of a global automotive company or supplier.
• Excellent communication skill for both internal and external communication purposes.
• Knowledge of production processes and materials, strong awareness of aesthetic excellence and design quality
• Capability to create attractive design concept by investigating the market independently.
• Team-oriented and inspiring with a positive, hands-on attitude
• Ability to inspire others and take direction from Creative Directors
• Strong sketching and rendering skills.
• Understanding of a 3 dimensional object for clay model and prototype production.
• Fluent and sufficient command of English necessary to work internationally.

上海银基汽车销售服务有限公司（下称：银基汽车）始创于2013年，由银基发展（上海）投资控股有限公司结合企业综合潜能和资源整合能力倾力打造的以高端汽车文化为核心的银基品牌。目前银基汽车的主要经营板块涵盖：高端汽车品牌大中国区总代理（含香港和澳门）；高端汽车维修服务；汽车品牌活动赛事；私人汽车设计定制中心；私人俱乐部服务；高端汽车置换服务这六大板块，将借助这6大板块来全心致力于汽车文化产业的引入和推广。
2013年底，银基汽车在紧邻上海陆家嘴商圈的浦明路上投资兴建了一幢4层汽车总部，这里融入了品牌展厅，配套服务中心，私人汽车设计中心和私人俱乐部会所，总面积接近4000平米，作为银基汽车的运营核心。这将成为最靠近上海核心地块的汽车文化交流平台。同时为了能够更好的服务于客户，我们在距离汽车总部约8公里的博大汽车公园内，准备了接近1500平米的售后服务中心，配备了目前国外先进的维修设备和强有力的多高端品牌维修技师团队，为俱乐部会员提供完善的车辆使用保障服务。
在进行这些基础建设的同时，于2013年经过近6个月的谈判，成功取得了英国本土手工超级跑车品牌Noble的大中国区总代理权（包括中国大陆地区，香港地区和澳门地区），并就将来的长远合作达成共识，成为其战略合作伙伴。
2014年初，又成功签约了荷兰新兴手工跑车品牌Vencer，也将致力于将这一Le Mans风格的现代手工跑车在中国的品牌推广工作。
除了这两个跑车品牌代理之外，为了能够更好、更深入建设汽车文化产业，让更多的人能够对汽车运动建立正确的完整的认识，同年我们又和英国知名的赛车制造厂商Caterham达成共识，由银基汽车将这一世界著名的汽车运动品牌引入中国，并将正式启动中国赛车手的培养计划。
为了能够更好更完美的展现赛车文化的精髓，吸引，建立更为广泛的赛车文化基础，我们将和上海国际赛车场合作，将Caterham的中国培训基地放在上海国际赛车场内，借助上赛场的场地和专业团队的优势，除了组织Caterham的单一品牌训练和比赛外；通过体验活动，专项课程和娱乐竞技的方式从民间寻找培养有潜力的赛车手，借助Caterham的F1赛车团队的资源，致力于培养出中国自己的F1赛车手。
除了主办符合中国国情的相关汽车运动，汽车赛事活动以外，我们也将组织全世界的Caterham俱乐部来到中国，来到上海国际赛车场，定期组织进行各个俱乐部之间的统一车型挑战赛，俱乐部杯赛等综合比赛，多方交流，共同推进赛车文化在中国的进程。
同时也通过这样的机会，学习国外专业的赛车运动管理经验，在培养中国自己的赛车手的同时也培养锻炼出符合中国国情的赛车运动管理团队，为更好的在中国建设、推广中国的赛车运动贡献一份力量。
除了这些国际汽车品牌的总代理之外，银基汽车在创始之初就同时进军汽车设计领域，投资组建了上海新银基汽车设计有限公司，主要目标瞄准高端、超高端跑车的外形和内饰设计，旨在填补这类设计领域缺乏中国元素的空白。
