l Achieve sales target 达到营业额销售目标
l Ensure profitability of Salon & Boutique 确保零售和餐饮有稳定的获利
l Ensure product consistency and quality 确保产品质量的一致性
l Brand knowledge and maintain image of TWG Tea 对于TWG Tea品牌的形象维持和品牌知识传递
l Enforce Salon & Boutique operating procedures 实行零售和餐饮的标准作业流程
l Staff management 员工管理
l Scheduling and proper deployment of staff 员工排班和适当调度
l Maintain safety and security 保持工作上的安全
l Ensure stock sufficiency for operations 确保营运上货品的数量
