THE ROLE
Joining a World Class team of engineers working on Hardware, Software and Controls solutions in Powertrain, Transmission and Vehicle controls applications

Key Responsibilities
? Calibration of Powertrain systems (mainly focus on gasoline, have opportunities to expand to transmission, or hybrid)
? Control system improvement

Everyday tasks will include:
? Calibration planning
? Implementation and calibration on test beds and vehicles
? simulations
? Customer interface for projects
? Assist business development

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

Skills
? You will be qualified to at least degree level in an Engineering discipline with an emphasis on internal combustion engine.
? 7+ years experience in gasoline engine calibration
? Experienced in at least one gasoline engine management system.
? Experienced in gasoline performance and emissions calibration.
? Experienced in vehicle driveablity/performance/emission calibration.
? Familiar with gasoline calibration process and project development process.
? Successfully delivered EuroIV + production gasoline calibration projects
? Automation calibration experience required.
? Direct injection engine calibration experience preferred.
? Hybrid calibration experience preferred
? Good experience with INCA or CANape calibration tool
? Familiarity in MatLab/Simulink required.
? Literate in IT systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, calibration tools)
? Willingness to work in calibration on other systems (Engine, Transmission, Hybrid)
? Willingness to work in other functional areas (e.g., testing, engine performance simulation, etc)
? Proficient in English and Mandarin languages (written and spoken) for project and technical communication

Knowledge
? Qualified technical background in internal combustion engine
? Good knowledge of gasoline engine management system.
? Understanding of engine , transmission, vehicle concepts and operation
? Understanding of control system.
? Understanding of hybrid system
