Job Description International Sales Assistant

Imondi is the leading supplier of high-end wooden flooring & wall cladding to the architectural & design community in China and high-end flooring distributors worldwide. It specializes in reclaimed wood, unique wood species and breakthrough flooring & cladding designs for the world’s leading architects. www.imondi.com

The ideal candidate will manage relationships with many of the company’s international clients, direct special business development projects, support the Director of International Sales/Company Co-Chairman with all of his key duties and bring value to Imondi and its clients.

Responsibilities

Manage Key Client Relationships:
- Facilitate the expansion of Imondi’s business with key clients in Europe, No. American and Asia Pacific
- Help develop new clients and sales channels throughout these regions
- Facilitate portfolio development for international business
- Analyze new market opportunities
- Supervise order tracking from receipt of order through shipment
- Respond to after sales requests as appropriate

Special Projects:
- Market research/analysis on new breakthrough opportunities
- Support development of internal management systems
- Support business transformation activities as requested.

Assist Co-Chairman/Int’l Sales Director
- Coordination of meetings, events and travel
- Coordinating Marketing Department meetings and other activties
- Administration of Co-Chairman daily activities

Requirements
5 years experience managing international sales
Excellent organization and communication skills
Languages: High level of oral and written proficiency in both English and Chinese
