Responsibilities (岗位职责)
- In charge of quality work of assembly, module and system integration and system test
负责产品的组装品质，模组和系统的组装及测试
- Developing and making documents related assembly, integration and test procedure and required tools, and workmanship standard relating assembly, integration and test
制作组装及测试相关的文件
- Trouble shooting
产品故障的排除
- System management under build and test
在组装及测试过程中对整个产品的管理
- Be responsible for manufacturing tool, equipment, facility management, environmental protection and working safety
负责制造工具设备及厂务设施以及环境和工作安全的管理
- Recording of the MFG process and keeping the working data
记录并保存MFG的工作数据
- Reporting and proper escalation of the problem
汇报工作中的异常
- Providing the proper training with MFG technicians for the assigned task
向技术人员解释被指派的工作
- On site customer support if required
如有需要，可以为客户提供售后服务
- In charge of the material preservation which is issued to MFG
负责MFG零件的维护
- Data analysis of the data and participating to the continuous improvement program
分析制造数据，积极参与制造过程中的CIP

Requirements (任职资格)
- Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in field of mechanical/electrical engineering, more than 2 years working experience
机械/电气工程本科或以上文凭
- Good understanding of factory and/or fabrication operations
熟练掌握工厂和/或制造业务
- Technical expertise within semiconductor or solar equipment and be able to provide technical direction on all quality issues
在半导体或太阳能设备方面的专业技术以及能提供所有质量相关的技术指导
- Understand mechanic and electrical components, and trouble shooting skill
掌握机械及电气零部件和排查故障技能
- Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skill required
掌握全面的技术方面的英语阅读/写作和口头交流技能
