Report to:General Manager(German)

Location:Shanghai Qingpu

Responsibilities:

1.maintaining the management system, including ISO 9001 & ISO/TS 16949/OHSAS 18001/TS 16949 and others.

2.Keeping Monitor, review and conduct continual improvement on processes with appropriate tools such as FMEA, Lean Sigma, etc.

3.Lead the internal auditor team to conduct internal audits as well as set up and implement follow up measures.

4.Lead and coordinate with different functions to set up and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

5.Prepare and assistant to conduct management review.

6.Together with different functions to review and improve internal processes.

7.Organize or coordinate needed training/retraining to ensure key processes are understood well and implemented.

8.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1.at least more than 3 years working experience in management system or related function.

2.Initiative, integrity, open-minded, discipline, precise.

3.Excellent communication in English, fluent in speaking and listening.

4.Strong communication and coordination skills.
