Responsibilities

1. Work with Project Manager to prepare specifications for solution implementation
2. Communicate with customers to collect and analyze customer requirements, processes and use cases
3. Communicate requirements and feedbacks from the customers to the development teams globally
4. Develop our best in class software and application practices for Altair’s customers
5. Deliver software training
6. Deploy, configure and debug web-based and desktop software packages at the client site
7. Answer application-level questions and resolve problems
8. Escalate software issues and track their status

Requirements
1. Must have 2-3 year FEA/CAE background in structural, NVH, Durability and/or CFD
2. Must be fluent in Chinese and English in both oral and written languages
3. Able to work independently as well as cooperate with the distributed teams
4. Good in communication with all stakeholders
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Frequent travel is expected during the business development and implementation phases
7. Preferred with design and analysis background in automotive industry
8. Preferred to have hands-on scripting techniques, such as TCL, Python, or Java
9. Preferred to have IT knowledge in operating systems, network, database, security
