Landau, a U.S. leading Health Care Uniform Manufacturer is looking for a candidate act as fabric sourcing and mill development coordinator based in China.

Job description:
- Collect new items from various mills on a seasonal basis
- Develop new items based on customer’s ideas
- Mill evaluation of capability, processes & procedures and compliance
- Establish and communicate with mill the standards of acceptance of each selected fabrication
- Color assessment
- Print assessment
- Fabric inspection (understanding of point count system)
- Awareness of fashion trend and new technology of textiles.

Qualification:
- At least 5 years working experience in textiles industry.
- Graduate from Textile Technology Institute and/or University is preferable.
- Textile knowledge in weaving, dyeing and printing is essential.
- Knowledge in testing of textiles and chemicals meeting U.S.A. government rules and regulations
- Strong network in textile industry, especially in casual/uniform work wear items.
- Fluent in speaking and written of English, e-mail and phone call communications with US counterparts
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Frequent travel within Mainland China is required.

Package offer:
- Service Fee paying monthly with guarantee bonus of 1 month service fee if completed 12 months service.
- Extra bonus will depend on individual performance and Landau’s profitability
- Insurance coverage for traveling.
- Actual reimbursement of traveling claim.
