职位描述
Responsibilities:
Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients.
Coordinate with regional IT teams on Application and Infrastructure projects.
Handle IT support and training needs of our own staff.
Assist deployment of IT services and packages for our clients and improve our service revenue.
Take part in any other regional IT initiatives as directed by the HQ.
Vendor management of IT fixed asset, internet infrastructure, server room facilities and TEC IT equipments.
Toubleshooting on network, workstations, printers, and server.
Hardware and software installation and configuration.
Incident managmement on outsourced company
Computer software installation / security / update and user trouble shooting.
Assist on IT procurement and audit on quality of service delivery.
Preventive maintenance
Requirements:
Certificate in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years experience in system support service
Hands on experience and sound technical knowledge with server and infrastructure
Experience in desktop/server virtualization will be an advantage
Solid experience in networking at a minimum of 2 years
Able to work independently and be a good team player
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
