岗位职责：
1. 根据公司集团发展战略，制订上海人力资源规划。
2. 负责搭建公司各项人力资源管理与开发体系。
3. 为公司的人力资源状况定期诊断和评估，进行后备力量的储备、选拔。
4. 负责建议和制定企业人事制度、薪资结构、福利制度、绩效考核标准。


任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、经济管理、心理学、法律等相关专业。
2. 3年以上工作经验，300人以上制造型企业相关经验

3. 具有丰富的人力资源管理与开发经验，有系统的理论知识与实践经验。
4. 具备较强的管理组织、沟通协调能力以及出色的条理性与理事能力。
5. 具备较强的工作责任心，敏锐的观察能力、心理承受能力及心理调节能力。
