Responsibilities岗位职责:
-Be responsible for developing various types of molecular biology work, or cell-based assays and related compound screening, profiling or SAR study.
-Be responsible for delivering high quality assay and data within designated turnaround time required by clients or internal needs.
-负责各类分子生物学相关工作，或者构建各种不同的细胞水平及其功能相关的筛选模型，以及相对应的化合物筛选及结构功能相关性的研究
-在客户及内部需求指定的时间段内提交高质量的筛选模型及数据

Requirements:
-The candidate must have a Master degree, has experience in molecular and/or cellular biology
-Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, with working knowledge of experimental design and data analysis.
-Self motivated and ability to work independently.
-Good laboratory practices and coordinate effectively with teams
-具备分子或者/以及细胞生物学相关专业的硕士学位
-具备较强的问题解决能力，有良好的实验设计和数据分析能力
-具备优秀的团队合作及组织能力
-具备上进心、责任心及独立工作的能力
