Main responsiblities:

主要职责：

Facilitate company events, including but not limited to annual dinner, staff birthday celebration party, company staff activities, team building events and important meeting

Facilitate management team on administrative issues, including but not limited to hotel arrangement, Air/ferry/train tickets booking, Visa application etc.

负责管理人员行政管理，包括并不限于如宾馆预定，机票。火车预定和签证申请等。

Responsible for monitor and ensure office environment is tidy and comfortable, monitor the performance of housekeeping lady and ensure repair and maintenance request is raised in timely manner and problems fixed quickly and with good quality.

负责并确保办公环境舒适整洁，监督清洁保安人员的表现，负责高质量和及时的维修和保养。

Meeting and engagement arrangement, reception of important guests.

负责接待重要客人，会议安排个管理。

Application for expense reimbursement and cash advance for office purpose.

办公费用的申请和报销。

Office stationary and office supplies ordering and dispatching

负责办公用品和必须品的订购和发放。

Other promotional items ordering and office furniture / equipment ordering

其他增加和办公家具/设备的订购。

Express to suppliers about organization’s environmental policy, objectives, environmental control procedure and environmental regulations.

Responsible for review the EHS related qualification of suppliers and ask them for relevant documentation.
