Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ Manage all the quality issues associated with the suppliers that are under his/her charges and carry out periodic reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager
？ Initiate appropriate continual improvement programs with the selected suppliers for the purpose of improving the quality level, reducing the cost and developing the supplier to a desired standard.
？ Conduct material/product evaluation based on internal or customer-specific requirements
？ Execute relevant qualification programs that are in alignment to the organization’s chartered business plans and technological roadmap. Update the Qualification Status in Lotus Notes and update project matrix in the common server.
？ Benchmark the outcome of the evaluations with other AT&S sites to identify potential gaps, risks and shortcomings that might occur during the whole qualification proceedings
？ Conduct supplier audit to assess the suppliers’ capability level in supplying conforming materials/products to AT&S.
？ Release qualified material/product via the Lotus-Notes database and maintain approved material list in SAP.
？ Raise documentation changes and updates where appropriate
？ Act as a communication channel or as a contact window between the suppliers and the relevant internal and external customers towards the resolution of any reported queries, issues and concerns
？ Establish plans and actions for the achievement of set targets within the defined time-line
？ Monitor and review the department’s performance indicators to ensure its continual suitability and effectiveness
？ Provide inputs to the supplier quality agreements where appropriate
？ Maintain the Supplier 8D in SAP and Supplier Audit Reports in Pool4Tool.
？ Monitor the supplier quality performance indicators
？ Provide progress update on all improvement and qualification projects
？ Maintain all relevant documents and records from the suppliers
？ Handle off-spec request from suppliers
？ Handle claim compensation in accordance to the reported quality concerns
？ Conduct periodic supplier rating based on the given format and standard
？ Other Job assignment from superior.

？ Set priority and assure execution of commitments
？ Manage the suppliers and align them to the organization’s set objectives and targets
？ Provide training of people and suppliers
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Possess an university technical degree (Bachelor +), minimum 1 to 3 years of experiences in related industry would be preferred
？ Have broad experiences in various quality standards and other international management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO/TS16949
？ Have exposure in various automotive core tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA,FMEA and SPC
？ Have strong analytical and social skills
？ Able to represent the company to the respective external organizations with good presentation skills
？ Good knowledge in statistical and quality tools
？ Able to work under pressure
？ Strong applications in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
