职位描述
Job responsibilities:
1. Interface with customers via the Internet, email & phone call for the purpose of business cooperation in China and across the globe. Visit customers if it is necessary.
2. Maintain a good knowledge of our operation model & procedures and other important issues through management communications, meeting and trainings.
3. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
4. Project management, coordinate and following up on projects
5. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
6. Work with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
7. Cooperate with operation & production team on the projects or orders from customers
8. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
9. Cooperate with e-commerce, ad & activities planning companies and sweat the asset, having deepened cooperation and resources integration etc.
10. Other tasks related to marketing & business development
Job requirements:
1. At least 2 years relevant industry working experience (e-commerce or O2O industries are preferable )
2. Sales closure techniques, confidence in products and advocate skills
3. Strong communication, multi-tasking, negotiation skills required
4. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a concise, clear and focused manner
5. Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly
6. Project management experience, internet industry or ad or catering industry will be a plus.
7. Fluent in English, some basic Chinese communication will be a plus.
