主要职责：
1、负责项目机电工程部分的安装、调试以及维护管理工作；
2、对项目机电设备的技术性能和采购要求提出技术性建议。

任职资格：
1、机电、暖通、电子等相关专业大专以上学历；
2、十年以上机电设备安装、管理工作经验；
3、思维敏捷、逻辑能力强。

We are a joint venture operation with well known American investment organization Warburg Pincus, in developing new concept service apartments in key cities in China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, WuHan, HangZhou, and SuZhou. Our management style is operating under open and diretstyle, equal and free attitude, and is among the first in PRC to apply ERP information management system to automate office procedures, which created an outstanding working condition and envirounment.
