We are looking for multi-talented designers who are comfortable knowing when and how to switch between their interaction and visual skills when working design solutions. We expect you to excel in one of the two areas, but hold your own in both.

Responsibility

1. Develop concepts and interface models, design and prototype usable
interfaces that accurately translate the vision and requirements of the
product.
2. Work on projects from conception to creation and any slice of the cycle
as required, this includes IA, storyboarding, workshoping, wireframing,
interaction and visual design guidelines, and screen and transition
mock-ups.
3. Develop extensible, efficient and optimal interface design across
multiple platforms by being sensitive to and understanding the underlying
technology.
4. Ensure the quality and integrity of the design throughout the
development cycle.
5. Ensure the integrity of both visual and interaction branding is
maintained throughout all products.


Requirement

1. Minimum 3 years of experience (middleweight), 5 years of experience
(senior) in designing multi-platform products, services and experiences
(web, mobile, tablet, tv).

2. Must demonstrate interface design ability and have a portfolio of work
that tells the full story, seeing how you think is just as important as
the final result.

3. Proficient in developing information architecture, workflow/interaction
diagrams and screen mockups.

4. Passion for design, creative problem solving skills, eager to learn new
technologies, and strong team-spirit.

5. Good communication skills in English, Chinese language ability is
desired, but not required.

6. Proven analytical skills, decisive, able to resolve problems, and
willing to take responsibility for decisions and actions.

7. Have strong conceptualization skills and ability to provide workflow
solutions to complex problems.

8. Be able to articulate design concepts and solutions verbally and in
various written documents as necessary.

9. Be able to work independently with minimal direction as well as part of
a larger team.

10. Proactively seek feedback from other team members while providing
recommendations to complex usability problems to others.

11. Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment.
