Position Overview;
The job candidate will be a member of the potential capability for production planning of capacity ramping, manufacturing logistic, shipping scehdule arrangement, cooridinate with related departments to solve production issues to meet customer's delivery requirement, need to work at Shanghai

Responsibilities:
Primary(70%)
1. Production planning and drive Fab related departments to support MPS achievement
2. Production resources (materials/tools/manpower..) arrangment in optimal and economic model
3. Planning for capacity ramping & dispatching between Hsinchu and Shanghai
4. Production reporting system development for line performance monitor and issues high light for improvement by real time

Secondary(30%)
1. Materials & semi-production storage and usage control (prevent the shortage and over-usage)
2. Outsourcing planning & delivery schedule control for meet production demand

Requirements:
1. Good logistic thinking and organization capability
2. Good communication and cooridnation skills for arrange the resources for support delivery& production issues solving
3. Perfer 3 years experence in Fab related manufacturing field
