Role Description:
The Central CR Specialist will support the local CR teams to investigate and handle critical cases reported by students, coordinate with development teams on the resolution of the defect and its release according to the severity of the issue, and play an important role in the testing tasks for project /defect releases. The Central CR is also expected to compile the documentations of case handling techniques, FAQs and initiate CR training programs.
The core of the responsibilities is to work with related teams to improve our students' satisfaction and provide them with the best service. This position will be based in Shanghai Central office.
Key Responsibilities:
¨Claim cases in CRM system from Local CRs and answer the cases from Local CRs.
¨Investigate the reported issues and offer suggestions/solutions to local CR.
¨Create defect task if the issue is reproducible or fix it manually wherever possible (e.g. editing of subscription feature access, manual credit card charge).
¨Coordinate with development teams the resolution of the defect and its release according to the severity. Request emergency release for very critical issues.
¨Host regular production meeting with related people from development team to check the defects status.
¨Test and greenlight relevant tasks during the release week.
¨Compile list and reports of defects for business owners/ line managers.
¨Maintain good relationships between teacher administration, IT department, content development, sales and students.
¨Handle complaints and collect students' suggestion in order to deliver better service
Personal and Professional Skills:
¨Highly patient, responsible and self-motivated
¨Can-do attitude and problem solving approach
¨Excellent interpersonal communication and working well in an international team environment
¨Strong internet knowledge preferred and good skill with Microsoft Office
¨Well-organized and able to work under pressure
¨Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
Education and Experiences:
¨University Graduate
¨Over 3 year working experience, technical support or Customer Service Related experience preferred
¨Computer science background preferred
¨Good knowledge on SQL Server,JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS., webservices
