Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to AR Senior Analyst
• Handles invoice delivery, cash application and collection analysis
• Invoice Delivery: Printing and sending of invoices to customers – soft and hard copies and Web Posting
• Cash Application: Reconcile cash receipts against invoices and resolve collection discrepancies with Sales & CS
• Collection Analysis: Follow up on delinquent billings & billings adjustments
• Preparation of monthly sales report and Singapore GST report (output tax)
• Preparation of AR Aging report & follow up on collection
• Assists in AR closing – accruals of doubtful debts, revenue, discounts etc
• Assists in AR inter-company reconciliation and balances confirmation

Job Experience/Qualification

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Committed to meet monthly closing deadline
• Good problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
• Pro active, responsible, meticulous
• SAP system knowledge will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint will be advantageous
