岗位职责：

· Attending requirements meetings during the analysis phase of a project and participating in continuing discussions

· Provide accurate and complete designs based on the customer’s requirements

· Develop functions based on the designs

· Create and update necessary documents such as design document, implementation plan, testing plans, release notes, customizations document etc.

· Providing support to the administrators

· Providing development consultation support to the Test Team - includes requirements, application and development knowledge transfer as well as support in the preparation of Integration and System Test Plans.

· Creating and performing unit test scripts

· Documenting the work performed on relevant incident and/or change records

· Perform regular and necessary system maintenance

· Support the customer through working on incidents

· Perform system configuration changes as necessary

· Work together with tool suppliers on solving incidents when required


任职要求：

· Knowledge of Java/JavaScript/HTML/CSS

· Knowledge of Liferay portal development is a plus

· Knowledge of Business Object is a plus

· Mentor ability and attitude

· Excellent ARS Dev skills

· Expert knowledge of ARS integrations

· Expert on ARS infrastructure and system configuration

· Good performance tuning abilities

· Good knowledge of ITSM is a plus

· Excellent documentation and communication skills

· Completely Self driven and motivated

· Excellent customer service understanding
