Responsibilities:
? Assist the Regional Supply Chain Manager implementing rolling 3-year supply chain strategies in support of business growth. Regularly revisit these plans to ensure the business is in line with them.
? Manage & ensure Supply Chain KPIs are well fulfilled.
? Continually review & improve supply chain process, procedures and systems together with PSM both internally and externally to ensure KSO Supply Chain is at the forefront in terms of operational excellence (such as EOQ, order optimization and consolidation etc).
? Support PSM to coach the category supply chain team to develop Supply Chain technical skill.
? Support PSM on the recruitment interview if necessary.
? Provide main point of contact for European supply chain teams in relevant produce categories on the SC initiatives. Share the KSO supply chain strategy and ensure customer requirements are accounted for within the 3 year plan by PSM.Further ensure regular communications are in place with OpCo Supply Chain manager on related topics.
? Develop the supply chain tools in terms of palletization/forecasting/consolidation/packaging reduction to help drive costs and stock out of the end-to-end supply chain.
? Manage 3PL performance & general shipping requirements.
? Providing monthly stock level/Sales info (Qty)/Order forecast info to PSM by Opco in sku level.
Requirements:
? 5-10 years operational experience of import supply chains,especially Asia-Europe,along with at least 3 years management experience
? Degree holder or above,preferably in supply chain,logistics,engineering or business administration
? Knowledge in manufacturing process,product development and retailing is a definite advantage
? Fluent, both written and verbally,in English. French is a definite advantage
? Resilient achiever under pressure, good problem solver
? Strong analytical, numeracy,planning and PC skills
? Good team manager and team player
? Ability to communicate and influence at all levels,in a multi-cultural environment
? Persuasive, adaptive to changes,proactive, dynamic and a high achiever.
? Assertive and decisive, with a solution oriented approach
