Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site inspection including in-line and final inspection on company request.
- Submission of all audit reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
- Serve in a technical manner with garment developments.
- Work closely with factories and OSA merchandisers to develop/improve and monitor sampling & manufacturing methods/processes &order delivery in accordance to quality guidelines.
- Cooperate all OSA teams
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management

Job requirements:
- College degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Honest and responsible, able to work independently, self-motivated. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Min 8 years working experience as QC inspector, able to work independently to get the job done with efficiency, familiar with woven/knitted apparel and able to perform inspection according to AQL standard.
- Good knowledge of fabrics ability to evaluate fabric quality within the garment during inspection of samples and bulk production
- Must have strong garment construction skills, and knowledge of pattern making skills;
- Must be fully experienced in performance Knit shirts, casual wear, Polyester Fleece, woven Soft Shell, Woven Tapped Rainwear, Woven Polyfill, Woven Down, Casual Woven Pants, Casual Woven Shirts
- Able to guide factories in production and improve their quality to requirements. Able to help control process, find problems in advance and give instructions and training in manufacturing practice accordingly.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) will be an added advantage and preference. Will need to create reports and communicate with Home office in English on regular basis.
- Willing to work overtime and frequently travel for inspection.
