APP/Web 设计师 - 创造性和解决方案的设计师

具体要求和职责：

?学士/硕士学位的视觉设计，界面设计，美术或相关专业本科以上学历计算机科学或相关领域的研究；
?2年以上为用户体验设计师的经验，交互设计、动作设计或类似的工作经验。
?熟悉Adobe、Photoshop和Fireworks
?致力于跨学科的研究策略，以顾客的需求为中心的设计与创新。
?着力打造适合数字媒体的原创设计。
?开发商业模式以及数字体验设计的视觉和方法。
?能够从反馈的信息中得出解决方案，能从创新的工作中得到乐趣。
?能承担一定的工作压力。
?有丰富的创意和能融合设计师创新项目中尤其是对于国际生活方式的品牌体验。
?能有效的同开发商沟通，从中实现设计构想。
?有无限的想象力，能创造吸引人的构架和交互设计。
?能够在Flash脚本或类似产品中有设计经验的优先考虑。
?有出色的解决问题能力。

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. bachelor's/master's degree in visual design, interface design, Arts or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study;
2. 2+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, motion designer, or similar role.
3. Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Fireworks.
4. Committed to a multi-disciplinary, research and strategy-driven with customer-centric approach to design and innovation.
5. Focused on creating original design that fits onarts for digital media and technology.
6. Develop vision & approach for business models to drive the design of brilliant digital experiences.
7. Ability to come out with the solution from feedback and keep an open mind to doing things differently.
8. Thrive in an environment of change, complexity, and fun
9. An experienced creative and solution designer with experience in innovative projects esp. regarding International Lifestyle brands.
10. Have a great passion of research, and hands on experience of creating interactive, visual, motion, or product as a creative discipline of deep personal expertise.
11. Effectively communicate with developers through implementation phase to realize design vision.
12. Able to visualize storyboards and create appealing architecture and interaction design.
13. Can able to produce visual design flow in Flash action script or similar is a plus.
14. Excellent problem-solving skills.
