职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责公司订餐中心的客服工作，面对外籍客户，接收电话下单；
2.受理客户电话咨询，解决顾客投诉；
3.负责接听快递和餐厅电话，并跟进处理相关问题；
4.收集客户提出的问题及建议，及时进行汇总和解决；
5.完成上级领导交代的其他客服工作任务。
职责要求：
1.能用英语与外籍顾客就日常事务进行交流，英语四级以上通过者优先；
2.细心，耐心，能在压力冷静细心地工作；
3.打字速度快，能灵活解决客户提出的问题；
4.有责任心，愿意从事服务行业，沟通和协调能力强；
5.熟悉电脑办公软件操作；
6.具备英文基础优先考虑。
工作时间：早班：10:30~21:30； 晚班：16:00~22:30；
早、晚班轮休（两周共休息4天，3天在工作日，1天在双休日）。每周上班时间不多于40小时。

Sherpa's Delivery & Service Co., Ltd. is a multi-restaurant food delivery service, started by an American, Mark Secchia, in Shanghai in 1999. We work with over 400 restaurants in Shanghai, Beijing and Suzhou to deliver their food to our customers. Our Call Center is in Shanghai, and receives over 2,500 calls per day from our customers all over China. When they order, our customers choose a restaurant and then tell us the food they want. Then, Sherpa's sends a courier to the restaurant to deliver the food to the customer. We are busier on evenings and on weekends, so the work schedule reflects that. Our office and call center are in downtown Shanghai.
