岗位职责：
1、根据主管部门指派，在指定医院对相关客户进行现场指导帮助；
2、对住院治疗进行监管、随访、协调，发现医疗滥用情况需及时上报给高级医学主管；
3、积极主动与网络医院联系沟通获得详细医学资料；保障理赔案件及时准确地完成；
4、协助高级医务主管与网络医院保持联系沟通，积极解决理赔及客户就诊的问题，提高客户及网络医院满意度；
5、协助维护网络医院。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语听说读写熟练；
2、熟悉电脑和office软件操作；
3、踏实认真，表达能力强；
4、乐于帮助他人，心理素质好，抗压能力强；
5、有一定医学护理背景者优先。
