Position Description:
Businss developer position for Packaging, mainly focus on PSA market segment to support the new business development relating to electronics and automotive industries in G.China
Key Position Description:
1. Generates new higher margin revenue for custom solutions, new products or applications.
2. Closely work with regional marketer, AETs and S&T to identify opportunities in new business area
3. Proactively develops and closes new opportunities based on market strategy and customer knowledge including product and solutions, manages these opportunities in customer relationship management (CRM) database
4. Implements market strategy and tactics in assigned market/territory, effectively communicates market feedback to the team to remove gaps and barriers
5. Participates in market strategy/portfolio development work with feedback from customers, customer needs or other market information
Position Requirements:
1. Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in related field, have at least 5 year experience in a commercial function or equivalent
2. Good English skill and communication skill, be able to make communication with global team and across functions.
3. Delivering results: drives to achieve and demands top results, focuses on top line growth as well as profitability.
4. Delivering value to customers: delivers on customer commitments, uses dialogue to clearly understand customer needs and how to best service them
5. Understands basic material technology and customer application and process, possesses current knowledge of market trends, product, application/technology evolution, key players, value chain, product life cycle, competitors
