Position Keywords: Team leader of fabric sourcing and developing （mainly for woven fabric）
Job Function: develop fabric/Accessories

Responsibilities:
1. Daily communication with development team in head office, exactly understand the brand development targets(include quality standard ,style, schedule , cost etc.)and fast response to every request.
2.Well understand designer needs and communicate efficiently with suppliers, lead the team to follow up with H/L , S/O, L/D…ensure on-time delivery and sample approval.
3.Lead the team closely work with quality department, anticipate potential quality problem during development stage, work with suppliers or head office team to get an agreed quality before bulk production.
4.Negotiate competitive price with suppliers.
5.well understand brand seasonal trend info,sourcing suitable supplier and fabric collections and present to designer.

1, 与国外开发部日常沟通, 了解品牌面辅料开发的要素(品质/风格/进度/成本),迅速对开发部的要求作出反应和跟进。
2，明白设计师的要求，有效地和供应商沟通，带领监督组员跟进色样，手刮样，销售样，品质测试样的进度和样板的确认。
3，带领监督组员和品质部紧密联系，尽量在开发阶段控制好品质。或在大货前取得供应商和品质部的一致意见。
4，跟供应商议价以取得有竞争力的价格。
5，了解品牌的季度趋向，寻找合适的供应商和面辅料并提供给设计师选择。

Requirement:
1.Textile or relative college are preferred,
2. Have more than 3 years work experiences in woven fabric industry, well understand kid’s and ladies woven fabric character and fabric production process, have sense of fashion trend of textile. preferable in experience of fabric development for Europe garment brand.
3. Have a healthy personality, strong team work spirit, management knowledge.
4. Excellent English ability in written and oral

1、 大专以上学历，纺织、服装相关专业优先；
2、 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力 。会法语优先.
3、 具有三年以上纱线、面料，辅料开发经验，熟悉欧洲童装、 女装面料的特性和要求。 熟悉面料的生产流程。 对时尚有敏锐触觉。优秀的谈判能力和理解能力。 有欧洲著名服装品牌的面料开发经验.
4、 品行端正、上进心强，具有良好的服务意识以及团队合作精神；适应能力强，有管理意识.
