The Job:
-To answer general enquires.
-To handle major customers according to consolidation procedures.
-To contact vendors for booking and validate booking against consignee's purchase order.
-To contact vendors, shipping lines and warehouse for shipping arrangement.
-To ensure clearance documents well prepared.
-To communicate promptly and professionally with vendors, agents, consignees and oversea offices.

The Qualifications:
-College graduate or above.
-1-3 years working experience in shipping or freight forwarding field.
-Good command of English, CET-4 or above
-Familiar with Micro software and PC operation.
-Customer oriented, attention to details.
