Procurement Engineer
Job Description:
1. As assigned, monitor projects at a timely manner including product development, ordr execution and follow-up, shipping coordination, troubling shooting, RFQs, sourcing activities, vender qualification, cost and terms negotiation, payment receivable and payable.
2. Monitor product development details from first article sampling to mass production, work with QC department on customer quality complaint and improvement.
3. Process documentations such as PO, drawing, schedule to ensure good filing system.
4. Ensure timely response to all inquires from customers & suppliers related to projects.
5. Maintain and optimize supplier chain and supplier database, keep sourcing to ensure cost-effective products.
6. Maintain good relationships with the customers and suppliers.
7. Complete other daily assignments appointed by the team leader.
Job Requirement:
1. College or above, majoring in Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial/or related fields. At least three years experience, technical background in multiple main mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes. Experience in trading related field is preferred.
2. Fluent in reading English and written English, good command of PC skills and MS softwares. Good command of CAD software. Experience in 3D Engineering software is preferred.
3. Diligent and studious, good at communication, strong responsibility, team work spirit.
4. Be willing to work under pressure and take challenges, be willing to travel.
