岗位职责：
1、 Completeness- and correctitude check of audit documents
审核资料完整性和准确性检查
2、 Remind and request missing documents as well as handle the return of the audit documents in case of non-conformity
缺失文件以及审核资料返回的提醒和跟踪，包括当有不符合项时
3、 Prepare documents for the technical review process
为技术审批流程准备文件
4、 Print and distribution of certificates and reports to customers
顾客证书及报告的打印和寄送
5、 Date administration in the CDB集团数据库信息的维护
6、 Handle reclamations 投诉处理

任职资格：
1. Commercial, technical or similar education商务、技术或类似专业
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and strong IT skills熟悉办公室软件和较强的IT技能
3. Strong communication abilities as well as good written and spoken English skills
较强的沟通能力，良好的英语说、写技能
4. Clear structured and organized working culture有组织有纪律性，融入企业文化
5. Ability to work in a team and willingness to contribute in different projects
有团队意识并愿意参与其它项目
