1. GENERAL DUTIES:
i. Assist Chief Steward in maintenance and care of all F&B operating equipment.
协助经理维修及管理餐饮部所有设备.
ii. Coordinate with kitchen and F&B outlets all necessary equipment and have available at the designated time.
和厨房及餐饮各部门协调好,以便在指定时间准备好所需设备.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Ensure that all the equipment to be stored is clean and in proper maintenance,E.g. chinaware, glassware, flatware, and hollowware.
确保所有库存的设备保持干净,并正确保养.如瓷器,玻璃器皿及不锈钢用品洗涤设备.
ii. Pick up and deliver all items needed for any banquet function buffet or F&B events.领取并运送所有宴会、自助餐或其他餐饮部活动所需物品。
3. COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
NONE 无
4. HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Establish and maintains effective employee relations in his section.
建立并维持良好员工关系
Qualifications:
？ Minimum of 1 years relevant experience, preferably in the luxury setting
？ A strong understanding of Stewarding daily operation
？ Strong oral and written communication skills
？ Ability to work as a team across multiple cultures.
？ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
？ Computer skills (word processing and spreadsheet)
All the above are the major Job Tasks required for this position, other tasks and assignments as per the Executive Chef’s requests.
